E, F, G, H

I'm late in posting my art, but not in doing it, I swear!

But you don't want to hear excuses, you want to see results!

Here's the catch up:

Exuberant - 'abounding in good spirits'
-Jane Davenport Magic Wands (colored pencil)
-Neocolor II's
-a dark gray brush tip marker ( I forgot the brand)

Every time I draw a smiling girl, they end up looking like Janice from the Muppets...it's a gift and a curse...

Fish
-Jane Davenport Power Pastels (like a highly pigmented crayon)
On certain areas (the pink of the fish for instance), after I laid down the pastel, I went back and scraped off the was layer with a pallet knife.  It made a really nice smooth finish that I appreciate.

I love this stupid looking fish way too much...

I need to keep using these Jane Davenport Power Pastels...I feel like they have great potential after making this silly fish, but I am not arting up to that potential with them...

Grace
-Gelatos
-Neocolor II's
-JD Magic Wands

I used to draw small faces all the time, and then I got really into making large ones so I could practice detail work and shading of faces...  There tends to be something so endearing about these tiny simple ones.

Hexagons
-various stencils
-washi tape
-scrapbook paper
-acrylic paint
-computer print off (Marie Antoinette lady)
-Instagram filter (I could not get the color to come out right in the picture, and the IG filter was the closest I could get)

I have such a ton of art supplies.  I get on kicks where I use one type all the time, and neglect the others.  I don't know if that's a good thing or not, but it does tend to make me feel as though I've got something new again when I pick them up after a break!

This was not the color I asked for, but I think it was the color I needed...
...also, isn't my shower curtain the cutest?

And finally, my new hair.
I realize that it makes me look a little like He-Man:

He is pretty fabulous...

I don't care; I love it anyways!
